CARFOSEL™ B980 Phosphates blend food grade Hygroscopic white coarse powder. Risk of caking. Specially designed for the meat, fish and crustaceans industries, Carfosel™ salts interact in a unique way to bind water with proteins and increase tenderness in end products. Treated products will maintain their juicy appearance as well as their natural nutritional properties, texture and colour. In the case of meat pastes and other processed-meat products, our specialities also promote a firm and homogenous texture. The Carfosel™ range is extended to meet various market demands and situations.

FIBERVITA – LNACR 125 GMO-free, Gluten-free, Allergen-free, Clean-label, Short-label, E-Number free and rich in soluble and insoluble fibers and complex carbohydrates ingredient obtained by thermochemical and physical processes.It can be used for all kind of Pet-Food products. The application rate is 0.2% to 10%, and or according to the desired nutritional and technological requirements (Fiber source, Increase PDI, Reduce Fines, Improve Crunchiness/ Crispiness among others).

FIBERVITA LPM 125 partially and or totally replaces any modified starch (potato, corn, rice and or wheat origin) and Wheat-Flour commonly used by the Veggie Burger industry. It is an excellent emulsifying, thickening, texturizing and stabilizing agent providing a low Water-Activity characteristic (aw).
