Robac Arbestab Z is a zinc diisononyldithiocarbamate accelerator designed for the prevulcanization of high-ammonia natural rubber latex, effectively minimizing health concerns related to N-nitrosamines and Type IV allergens. It ensures excellent transparency, color stability, and UV resistance in latex films, making it ideal for applications in toys and baby care products. Additionally, Arbestab Z complies with BS EN 71:2016 and BS EN 12868:2017 safety standards, and is approved by the German BfR for use in manufacturing toys and toy balloons.

ROBAC AS100 PM40 SBR is used as a sulphur donor / accelerator in diene containing polymers (NR,SBR,IR,IIR, amongst others) where the avoidance in forming N-nitrosamines and Type IV skin allergens are of prime concern. Products produced using AS100PM40SBR can be translucent and free from copper staining. AS100PM40SBR synergises strongly with other accelerators.
