BETA CAROTENE CWS An extract of beta-carotenes suspended in a Sunflower oil matrix with DL-Alpha Tocoperol added for stability. This material is then encapsualted and spray dried onto starch powder with the addition of DL-Alpha tocopherol as an antioxidant.

CURCUMIN EXTRACT A yellow/Orange liquid emulsion of turmeric extracted from the rhizomes of Turmeric (Curcum longa) and rendered water soluble through the addition of Polysorbate 80 and Monopropylene Glycol. 

CARMINE EXTRACT OS RS A deep red/magenta liquid comprising carmenic acid extracted from the wings of the female Cochineal Beetle which is the stabilised under alkaline conditions to form Carmine. The material is then further stabilised using GM Free Rapeseed oil which is protected from oxidation using mixed tocopherols and rosemary extract.

E153 CARBON BLACK POWDER A very fine black powder which is produced through the carbonisation of specially harvested vegetable matter as per compliant to EU legislation.
