Perlen Perlalux Starflex satisfy the highest moisture, oxygen, and aroma barrier requirement. The polyethylene intermediate layer used in Tristar films has been replaced in our Starflex films by a Thermoelast. This allows excellent processing properties, despite the high coating weight. It also have a very good handling properties and can be used on all common blister machines and packaging lines and Starflex PVDC coating ranges from 90gsm and 120gsm all other specification such as size, PVC thicknesses are based on customer requirements while color is available in transparent, opaque white.

Perlen Perlalux Duplex is the standard barrier film for pharmaceutical push through packs or blister packs. It provides a good barrier against moisture, oxygen and aromas. It also have a very good handling properties and can be used on all common blister machines and packaging lines. Duplex PVDC coating ranges from 40gsm to 120gsm and all other specification such as size, PVC thicknesses are based on customer requirements while color is available in transparent, opaque or colours, optional with UV light protection.

Perlen Perlalux Ultra Protect is an ultra high barrier using new PVDC type, cost-effective alternative to Aclar and Coldform. Approximately 20% upfront cost savings compared to Aclar. It also have a very good handling properties and can be used on all common blister machines and packaging lines and Ultra Protect PVDC coating ranges from 180gsm, 240gsm and 360gsm all other specification such as size, PVC thicknesses are based on customer requirements while color is available in transparent, opaque white.
