BARLEYCHOC CLASSIC (ROASTED MALT FLOUR) is made of specially roasted malt flour. Due to the special roasting process Barley Choc Powder is organoleptically very similar to cocoa powder and can replace up to 30% cocoa in existing products. Barley Choc is low in fat, a natural dye, and easy to use. Suitable for premixes, coating (soft & hard), desserts, fillings, milk-based drinks, baked goods and many other foods.
