Thiocare® H100 80% is a clear to slightly yellow liquid containing 80% thioglycolic acid with very low iron content. It has a characteristic mild sulfidic odor and serves as a highly effective hair care active for straightening, perming, and hair removal. The product may undergo slow self-esterification and oxidation if exposed to air or elevated temperatures, but these changes can be reversed with dilute alkalis. It is stable for 12 months in sealed storage below 25°C.

Thiocare® C102L 46% is a clear, nearly colourless to a red-violet solution with a characteristic odour, consisting of appr. 46 %w/w Sodium Thioglycolate and appr. 54 %w/w water. Thiocare® C102L 46% is used mainly as a cleaner. On one side the reducing properties of the Thioglycolid Acid or the Thioglycolate and on the other hand the capability to form metal-thioglycolate complexes, especially with iron are responsible for the excellent performance in the cleaning of metal surfaces and other applications.
