PLEXTOL R 4152 is an acrylic polymer dispersion designed for use in durable exterior paints with good dirt pick up resistance. It is a fine particle sized dispersion, stabilized by a unique surfactant system. PLEXTOL R 4152 works well with different thickener and rheology modifier types. Paints based on PLEXTOL R 4152 have exceptional water, alkali and efflorescence resistance.

CHEMIGUM® LATEX 550 is an anionic aqueous dispersion of a carboxylated butadiene-acrylonitrile copolymer that includes a non-staining, non-discoloring antioxidant. This product offers key features such as excellent abrasion resistance, mechanical properties, resistance to hydrocarbons and oils, and the ability to be crosslinked with melamine formaldehyde or zinc oxide, with the option of sulfur curing for enhanced properties. It also demonstrates good heat aging resistance.

Synthomer CV 3534 can be used as a vulcanization curative, and as part of a formulated vulcanization system with other co-curatives and additives, for the curing of NBR latex systems.
The required quantity of Synthomer CV 3534 in the curative blend will depend on the application and should be first determined on a laboratory scale by the user prior to any scale up. A recommended ratio is 18 parts wet per 100 parts dry polymer for a tough polymer film, and 9 parts wet per 100 parts dry polymer for a flexible polymer film.
