ORGASOL® 1002 ES5 NAT 1 is used as a matting agent (from satin to deep matte) in all kinds of coatings, varnishes, or ink in addition to improving abrasion, scratch, scrub and burnish resistance. This polyamide-6 powder reduces the coefficient of friction and provides haptic properties (from soft touch/smooth to textured), flexibility, and blocking resistance. The low oil absorption make it suitable as well in waterborne, solvent born or solvent-free technology with reduced impact on rheology. High melting point temperature, above 210°C. The average diameter of 50µm.

This polyamide-12 powder reduces the coefficient of friction and provides haptic properties (from soft touch/smooth to textured), flexibility, and blocking resistance. The low oil absorption makes it suitable as well in waterborne, solvent-borne, or solvent-free technology with reduced impact on rheology. The melting point temperature is 177°C. The average diameter of 5µm. Compliant with FDA regulations (FDA 177-1500 and FDA 175-300).
