Luna-mer 2148 is a wax-free matting hardener, designed for use in durable exterior TGIC powder coatings. Luna-mer 2148 is capable of providing gloss ranges from 10-30% @ 60°. Due to its carboxyl group functionality, this hardener requires excess TGIC as a co-reactant in order to achieve controllable gloss stability at varying baking temperatures. Luna-mer 2148 also provides excellent performance characteristics including impacts and surface flow.

Luna-mer 2067 is a matting agent designed for use in exterior polyester/TGIC powder coatings, to provide reduced gloss and improved flow and anti-yellowing. Luna-mer 2067 can usually lower gloss levels to ~30% (60°).

Luna-matt 019 is a polyolefin wax based matting agent, used mainly in polyester/TGIC exterior-durable powder coatings, to provide gloss levels lower than 15%. Luna-matt 019 provides excellent color stability and flow, especially in black or darkshades.
