TR-TPO-L is an efficient UV photoinitiator with high initiation activity, excellent solubility and photobleaching performance, and is suitable for systems with high requirements for chroma reduction. TR-TPO-L can be used in formulation systems with low yellowing and low odor. TR-TPO-L is widely used in UV coatings, inks and adhesives.
Under UV illumination, THM202 undergoes both free radical polymerization and cationic polymerization simultaneously during the curing process, resulting in the formation of an interpenetrating polymer network structure. The cured film's mechanical properties, solvent resistance, and thermal stability are superior to those of a free radical-cured film.
TR-MBF is an efficient liquid photoinitiator for initiating the polymerization of unsaturated resins and monomers. TR-MBF is recommended for products that require excellent surface curing properties (stain resistance) and low yellowing properties (after curing and aging). Possible applications of TR-MBF are: floor coatings, furniture coatings, plastics and metallic paint.
