SUNETT® FOOD GRADE TYPE A (ACESULFAME K)

Acesulfame Potassium Salt (Acesulfame K) is an odorless, white crystalline powder with an intensely sweet taste, approximately 200 times sweeter than sucrose. It is highly soluble in water (about 270 g/L at 20°C), and less soluble in acetone (about 0.8 g/L at 20°C) and ethanol (about 1 g/L at 20°C).

With a chemical formula of C6H8O2 and a purity of 99.0% to 101.0%, it is highly effective in preventing mold and yeast growth.
