ROLFLEX® BiO 440 is made with raw materials from vegetal sources, obtained from plant-derived substances that, at the best of our knowledge, are not interfere with food production and it has: Excellent hydrolysis resistance and washing fastness; Excellent mechanical and tear resistance; excellent bonding performance in wet and dry lamination. ROLFLEX® BiO 440 is particularly suggested as: Binder for wet and dry lamination of textile and synthetic materials. In dry lamination the product starts to work at 130 °C. In order to increase the fastness of the product is suggested the addition of a polyisocyanate or a carbodiimmide.

ROLFLEX® Bio HS 20 is a polyurethane dispersion, free of solvents with: Excellent hydrolysis resistance, good charge digestion and electrolytes stability; Excellent mechanical and tear resistance; Good bonding performance in wet lamination; High resilience and flexibility even after foaming. Textile coating and synthetic materials manufacturing formulations. - Excellent breaking load properties

- Good washing and rubbing fastness.

ROLFLEX® BIO 24 can be applied by coating or padding and is particularly suggested for:

- Formulation of textile for outwear luggage and technical articles, with dry and full touch

- Glossy top finish for textile, PU and PVC substrates with high abrasion resistance.

In order to increase the fastness of the product, it is suggested the addition of a polyisocyanate or a carbodiimmide.
