LUDOX® TMA is based on the colloidal silica used in the preparation of “hydrid” colloidal silica – ethyl silicate binders for precision investment casting. It may also be used in applications in which sodium or alkaline components are undesirable, such as catalysts or in formulations containing polar organic solvents. LUDOX® TMA displays a low sodium levels, board pH stability from about pH 4 to 10 & slighty acid to neutral pH LUDOX® TMA is recommeded to use in precision investment casting and ceramic materials used in refractory applications. POWCARBON®2410L is a gas black with middle oil absorption with high gloss and good dispersibility. Recommend application is industrial coating, powder coating and leather.
