WANNATE® IT-170S can be used as the hardener component for lightfast two-component polyurethane coatings with high resistance to chemicals and weathering, very good gloss retention and outstanding mechanical properties. Based on its high hardness, it is normally mixed with WANNATE® HT series. The main applications for two-component coatings based on WANNATE® IT-170S are automotive OEM and automotive refinishing. WANNATE® IT-170S works as assistant resin in alkyd spray coating system for its high drying speed. This kind of coating is widely used in automotive refinish and industrial coatings.
WANNATE® HT-600 PLUS as a hardener component for lightfast two-component polyurethane coatings with high resistance to chemicals and weathering, very good gloss retention and outstanding mechanical properties. Preferred co-reactants are polyacrylates or polyester polyols. It is a low viscosity, solvent-free aliphatic polyisocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI) with a residual NCO monomer content of < 0.1%.
WANNATE® TT-350E can be used as hardener component for fast drying, two-component polyurethane coatings. It is a mixture of an aromatic polyisocyanate based on toluene diisocyanate (TDI) and ethyl acetate.
