BTC® 50 is a cationic material used in the formulation of antimicrobial products for a wide range of applications. These include agricultural, dairy, food processing, and institutional premises, as well as domestic settings, medical facilities, and industrial environments. It is also suitable for use in air conditioning, refrigeration systems, cooling water systems, pulp/paper mill water systems, and swimming pools. Additionally, BTC® 50 can be used for wood preservation and sapstain treatment. Formulators using BTC® 50 are responsible for submitting EPA registration data for their specific products.
