BENZOFLEX™ 2088 PLASTICIZER

BENZOFLEX™ 2088 PLASTICIZER is a high solvating plasticiser known for its exceptional performance in PVC, polyvinyl acetate and water-based adhesive systems. It has the application in Flooring, Adhesives/sealants B&C & Vinyl plastisols. It displays excellent wet track, set time and open times and also improve adhesion in acrylic latex caulks. In PVC it serves as a fast fueser, delivering low processing tempertaures and low volatility.

EASTMAN™ 1,4-DIISOPROPYLBENZENE

EASTMAN 1,4-DIISOPROPYLBENZENE is a chemical intermediate for the preparation of stabilizers, polymers, synthetic lubricants, hydroperoxides, and a variety of other products. Reactions of DIPB include side chain modification by oxidation, dehydrogenation, and bromination. Ring substitution reactions include nitration, sulfonation, bromination, and acetylation.

BENZOFLEX™ 2-45 PLASTICIZER

BENZOFLEX™ 2-45 PLASTICIZER is also compatible with, and an excellent solvator for, polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Flexible vinyl formulations based on this plasticizer can be processed quicker and/or at lower temperatures than vinyls based on a di-2-ethylhexyl phthalate. Benzoflex™ 2-45 is also resistant to extraction from the vinyl by aliphatic and oily solvents.

VELATE™ 262 COALESCENT is a clear organic liquid which is useful as a coalescing aid for water borne coatings. It is useful as a specialty plasticizer in some coatings applications. VELATE™ 262 is low in viscosity and is moderately volatile when compared to a primary plasticizer with higher molecular weight and higher boiling point.
