SYNTRAN® AC 5922 is a surfactant-free, multiphase, self-crosslinking acrylic polymer with good thickener response and low foaming tendency for easy-to-formulate outdoor and indoor coatings.

RHOPLEX™ 1950 acrylic emulsion is a high solids (63%) Dow binder designed specifically for high-performance sealants and patching compounds. The RHOPLEX™ 1950 acrylic emulsion allows the formulator to produce a flexible sealant without the addition of an external plasticizer.

RHOPLEX™ 1785 emulsion is a high performance acrylic latex binder designed for caulk compounds. This 55% solids emulsion affords manufacturers a wide range of formulation latitude. RHOPLEX™ 1785 formulations exhibit excellent joint movement capability, adhesion and durability. RHOPLEX™ 1785 has been specifically designed to provide superior wet and dry adhesion properties. Caulk formulations based on this new binder cling tenaciously to a wide variety of construction substrates including glass, steel, and concrete. In addition to excellent adhesion, RHOPLEX™ 1785 provides excellent durability. This polymer is characterized by good water resistance and the unsurpassed ultraviolet stability associated with acrylic chemistry. In addition, a unique proprietary design gives the binder exceptional Aymar durability. Formulations based on RHOPLEX™ 1785 can tolerate 25% joint movement without cracking or rupturing.

RHOPLEX™ A-920 is a high solid, high-performance acrylic latex binder designed for pigmented caulks and sealants. Due to the self-thickening nature of this binder, RHOPLEX™ A-920 has a lower thickener demand than other sealant binders. With its high pigment binding capacity, RHOPLEX™ A-920 can be successfully formulated into a broad range of products – from economical non-spec caulks to high-performance sealants. Sealants formulated with RHOPLEX™ A-920 exhibit excellent durability and exceptional adhesion.
