Relca® PU-683 by Stahl is a water-based, solvent-free, anionic dispersion of an aliphatic polyester urethane. Exhibits excellent taber abrasion resistance, excellent water resistance, excellent hydrolysis resistance and high hardness. It yields clear, glossy and flexible films. Relca® PU-683 is recommended for 1K & 2K flooring coatings, furniture & parquet coatings and general wood coatings applications.

PERMUTEX EVO-EX-RU-92-208 is an aqueous aliphatic polyurethane based on polyether, appearing as a semi-translucent blueish-grey liquid. This co-solvent free medium-hard PUR dispersion offers excellent adhesion to a variety of plastic substrates, especially polyolefins such as cPP, PP, BOPP, BOPET, and PET. It serves as a primer for waterborne or solvent-based inks and is suitable for food contact applications in compliance with annex 10 printing ink and FDA §175.105. It is applied by rotogravure or flexoprint methods.

Relca® PD-817 is the latest development in this range. It is a water-based, anionic dispersion of an aliphatic polyurethane. This binder combines very low gloss and excellent mechanical properties like scratch, abrasion, or scuff resistance.

Relca® PD-805 is a next-generation, water-based matting resin offering VOC-free solutions for coatings on wood, metal, plastic, and glass. It delivers superior matte finishes without added matting agents, ensuring high thermal and chemical resistance, anti-fingerprint properties, and excellent compatibility with acrylics, polyurethanes, and hybrids.
