ESACOTE® LX 7100 is an aliphatic anionic polyurethane dispersion based on polycarbonate diols designed for UV and EB radiation curable applications. ESACOTE® LX 7100 can be used as binder especially for clear curable formulation on various substrates such as wood, metal and plastics providing fast water release, exceptional matting efficiency, excellent taber abrasion, high stain and chemical resistances, good adhesion on several substrates, high flexibility and hardness, and tack free before radiation cure.

ESACOTE® PU 980 is a matt film-forming polymer, without organic and inorganic matting agents. This matt PUD provides matt film with a silky touch.

ESACOTE® PU 4045 is a low VOC anionic waterborne dispersion of an aliphatic polyurethane based on polyester diols. ESACOTE® PU 4045 can be used as binder for clear and pigmented coatings providing good adhesion properties to a large variety of substrates and good intercoat adhesion.

ESACOTE® LX BIO 6240 is an aliphatic, anionic polyurethane dispersion with renewable content, designed for UV and EB radiation-curable applications. It offers fast water release, excellent abrasion resistance, high stain and chemical resistance, good adhesion on various substrates, high flexibility and hardness, and is tack-free before radiation cure. Suitable for topcoat formulations in wood coatings and primers for plastic films, it can be used alone or combined with other water-based resins. Produced from plant-derived substances, it has a biobased content of 15.5% ± 3, according to UNI EN 16785-2.
