HDPE REPSOL ALCUDIA 5605N is a bimodal high density polyethylene black compound designed to provide very low shrinkage during processing. It contains well dispersed carbon black and antioxidant in order to ensure UV radiation resistance and thermal ageing respectively. Applications is Black Jacketing of power and telecommunication cables.

LDPE REPSOL ALCUDIA PE004S is an antioxidant, therefore, it is necessary to add in proper balance of a non-staining antioxidant and peroxide to ensure thermal stability and optimum cure level. It is normally supplied in bottom unloading octabins. The outstanding features of this grade are cleanliness, excellent processability, high efficiency of crosslinking, good mechanical properties and smooth surface finish.

LDPE REPSOL ALCUDIA 2202C is a high molecular weight, low density polyethylene which offers easy processing combined with good mechanical propreties. Its molecular characteristics make it be an excellent product for the Monosil process. This grade does not contain antioxidant therefore its addition is necessary to guarantee thermal stability of the final product. Applications is Insulation of low voltage cables.
