EASTMAN PROVISTA™ COPOLYMER MP001 is a resin specifically developed for extrusion into profiles where aesthetics such as high clarity and gloss, coupled with design flexibility, drive demand. Compared to commonly used materials, Eastman Provista™ copolymer runs on most standard processing equipment at increased speeds. An extremely high melt strength makes the resin an excellent choice when extruding profiles into complicated shapes. In addition to profile extrusion, EASTMAN PROVISTA™ copolymer is an excellent choice for extrusion of rigid tubing. This product meets the biocompatibility requirements under FDA/ISO 10993 and USP Class 6, Plastics.

PVA BP-26 is a water soluble and biodegradable synthetic polymer. It is a dry solid, and is available in granule and powdered forms, grades include both fully hydrolyzed and partially hydrolyzed. PVA BP-26 offers a good affinity and cohesion power to hydrophobic fiber, Good compatibility with oiling agent, Good solution viscosity stability & Better protective colloid property than BF type PVA. CARADOL SC48-08 is a low monol, low VOC polyether polyol for the production of flexible polyurethane slabstock foams.

CARADOL SC48-08 is especially suited for the manufacture of foams used in applications where yellowing in contact with textiles or glass “fogging” has to be avoided. It has a wide processing tolerance over a normal density and hardness range.

This includes diluting catalysts for HR foaming with this polyol or mixing this product with other slab polyols before it is used or brought into contact with HR system.
