BURGESS 30®is a partially calcined clay used extensively in PVC compounds to improve insulation resistance. BURGESS 30® exhibits excellent dispersion and color uniformity.

BURGESS ICECAP K® is an excellent extender for TiO2 in coatings where a high hegman grind is required. The low screen residue, due to the removal of agglomerates, makes it a leader in the field of calcined kaolins. Applications include wire and cable, molded and extruded rubber and plastic products. BURGESS ICECAP K® has good electricals, low compression set, and low water absorption.

BURGESS NO. 17 is a fine particle size, high brightness hydrous kaolin clay used to extend TiO2 in semigloss paints and inks. BURGESS NO. 17 is well ground, has excellent whiteness and dispersion, and high brightness.

BURGESS NO. 10 is a fine particle size, medium brightness hydrous kaolin clay.

BURGESS NO. 28 is an ultra fine particle size, higher brightness hydrous kaolin clay. BURGESS NO. 28 is the beaded (high bulk density) version of Burgess No. 98 and is used extensively in water based satin and semigloss coating systems to extend TiO2 while maintaining tint strength and gloss.

BURGESS NO. 20 is a fine particle size, medium brightness hydrous kaolin clay. Burgess NO. 20 is the neutral pH version of Burgess NO. 60. BURGESS NO. 20 is used in jacketing layer of wire and cable insulation compounds, rubber roll covers, polishing compounds and concrete curing compounds.
