ZENTEN TAPE NO.6931 is a self-adhered, waterproofing airtight tape designed for sealing building joint areas. This product has a butyl rubber adhesive that offer superior adhesion durability. It is suitable for vertical or horizontal joints, ideal for waterproofing of joints in precast concrete facades, joints in walls, floors, balconies, around window or door frames, joints between brickwork, blockwork, masonry, wood and concrete or metal frames and joints between different building materials with dissimilar coefficients of expansion.
XIAMETER™ MEM-0349 Emulsion is a 60% actives non-ionic emulsion formulated with a polydimethylsiloxane. Extensive testing has shown that XIAMETER™ MEM-0349 Emulsion performs comparably to its predecessor and offers better dilution stability at 20% solids. As a ingredient in polishes, XIAMETER™ MEM-0349 Emulsion is used to provide good gloss with minimum smear in both car and furniture polish formulations.
DOWSIL™ Z-6689 is an active component for formulating penetrating water repellent treatments. DOWSIL™ Z-6689 offers the benefits of being dilutable in organic solvent, produce a hydrophobic treatment, UV stable, excellent performance at low active solids levels & reduction in water absorption reduces cracking and spalling due to freeze-thaw and efflorescence, thereby increasing the life of the substrate and more. DOWSIL™ Z-6689 is suitable to use on neutral and alkaline mineral substrates such as brick, sandstone, concrete and mortar that require water repellency.
