WACKER® CATALYST N3 is a tertiary amine composed of a gel and a blow catalyst providing a balanced reactivity for a wide variety of flexible slab stock foam formulations. It can be used in combination with methylene chloride or other auxiliary blowing agent that tend to destabilize foam formulations. It can be useful for both high and low density foam formulations.

WACKER® L201 is a silicone surfactant to be used as foam stabilizer in the manufacture of medium to high density flexible polyurethane foam. It is designed to provide excellent foam stability and fine regular cell structure with optimum cost benefit. WACKER® L201 offers enhanced stability while yielding foams with good breathability.

WACKER® L200 is a silicone surfactant to be used as foam stabilizer in the manufacture of low density flexible polyurethane foam. It is designed to provide excellent foam stability and fine regular cell structure using carbon dioxide as well as dichloromethane (DCM) as the blowing agent. In stretched formulations with high TDI, high water, high CO2, it has full hydrolytic stability and can be used as a separate stream or in water/amine/ silicone pre blends. WACKER® L200 offers enhanced stability while yielding foams with good breathability​.

GENIOSIL DAPDM is a clear, colorless liquid organofunctional silane with an aminofunctional group, acting as a strong base. It serves as a molecular bridge between organic and inorganic materials, improving adhesion, mechanical strength, and water resistance in composites. It is widely used in reinforced plastics, fillers, coatings, adhesives, and textile finishing.
