Luna-sil S100 adjuvant lowers the surface tension of spray solutions, which allows it to wet and spread effectively on nearly any hydrophobic surface. Silicone Spray Adjuvant Luna-sil S100 is a superspreading surfactant based on ethoxylated trisiloxane technology.

Luna-cure DDS provides excellent high temperature properties and chemical resistance, with its fine particle size provides both enhanced reactivity and constancy in cure rates vs. coarser grades. Luna-cure DDS is easily dispersible in liquid resins and activation temperature is easily adjustable.

Luna-cure DDS can be used in applications for:

Luna-mer SA2165 D is a synthetic resin based matting agent for hybrid powder coating. It can be cured over a wide temperature range and can be formulated with a full range of carboxyl functional polyesters. Luna-mer SA2165 D can be used to produce coatings that have a 60° gloss range from 5-60 units and offers excellent flow and anti-yellowing properties.

Luna DP 11 is a multifunctional additive containing primary amines. Luna DP 11 is a colorless pH and low odor control additive used to reduce coating odor and improve dispersability of the coating formulation. As a powerful synergist, Luna DP 11 helps to improve stability of various additives in water base systems. Due to its ideal evaporation rate, Luna DP 11 has relatively low viscosity and its ability to remain a liquid at low temperatures.

Luna DP 11 is used for the following applications.

• pH control additive and stabilizer in water based systems

• Improves dispersing performance with acrylic dispersing additives in mill base

• Neutralizer for acrylic and cellulose thickening agents
