SYLOID® AQ 800 silica is an additive for premium performance coating, especially for wood. It is a modified matting agent that enables the formulation of more environmentally friendly waterborne wood coatings with high chemical resistance and transparency that produce natural-looking, deep matte finishes on wood furniture, cabinets, and floors. Unlike typical silica matting agents, Grace’s SYLOID® AQ silicas have unique properties that achieve a highly matted surface with excellent chemical resistance, excellent clarity, and good scratch and metal marking resistance. In addition, SYLOID® AQ silicas are easier to disperse and produce less dusting than typical silica matting agent.

MORWET D-425 POWDER is a dispersing agent made from sodium salt of naphthalene sulfonate condensate (NSC) to be used in dispersion.

ALBAWHITE 70 is a German madenatural barium sulfate concentrate, ALBAWHITE 70 is a good dispersable extender. ALBAWHITE 70 offers a list of great benefits and properties; as resistant to acids and alkalis, insoluble in water and organic solvents, lightfast and weatherproof, high brightness, colour neutral due to low refractive index, extremely low electrical conductivity, low binder demand & low abrasiveness due to low silica content. ALBAWHITE 70 is suitable for anti-corrosive paints & facade paints, powder coatings, adhesives & sealants, and plastics production.
