Luna-add PAFM is an ultra-high molecular weight acrylic processing aid for rigid PVC and high-quality foam applications. It gives the following performance properties: low torque, faster fusion, high melt strength and expansion. Luna-add PAFM is suitable for PVC foam, core pipe, PVC decking, PVC profiles and PVC foam board, woodplastic composites and other foamed products.

Luna-add PA-175 is a lubricating acrylic processing aid with low molecular weight which can be used in a variety of applications. Luna-add PA-175 is often used together with other processing aids to enhance the plasticity of the PVC resin. Luna-add PA-175 is suitable for all PVC applications, including rigid calendared film and sheets, rigid bottles and window profiles. Addition levels for this application are 0.5-1 phr.

Luna-add AIM is a high-performance acrylic impact modifier, used to improve the impact properties of rigid PVC formulations. It provides excellent weatherability as well as improving processability. Luna-add AIM is suitable for use in outdoor and durable PVC based products, such as window profiles, vinyl siding, vinyl fencing, decking, rails and weatherable injection moulded parts.
