LICOCARE RBW 560 is a yellowish powder modified natural wax derived from oxidized rice bran sodium salts. It serves as an effective lubricant and nucleating agent for polyester engineering plastics, enhancing melt flow, reducing cycle times, and improving mechanical properties. EXOLIT OP 1466 is a non-halogenated flame retardant powder based on organic phosphinates, designed primarily for polyamide applications such as PA 6, PA 66, and polyphthalamides. It offers excellent flame retardant performance with a UL 94 V-0 rating down to 0.4 mm thickness and high glow wire ignition temperature (GWIT) of at least 775 °C. It provides effective flame retardancy through combined gas phase and condensed phase action, forming a stable char that insulates heat and prevents dripping. Ideal for glass fiber reinforced and unfilled thermoplastic polyesters, it offers good colorability and excellent physical and electrical properties without using PTFE.
