SILBOND® CONDENSED is a ready form of silicic acid, appears in a clear and low viscosity liquid. SILBOND® CONDENSED is tetraethyl orthosilicate and used as a raw material for acid-or alkali-catalyzed hydrolysis and subsequent condensation reactions, commonly known as the sol-gel process. SILBOND® CONDENSED offers the ability to improve chemical and thermal stability during its application. SILBOND® CONDENSED is most commonly used in glass, metals, pigments, fillers, and synthetic fibers coating, silicone rubber systems and sealing composition applications. SILANE USI-7301 is an essential silane coupling agent that appears in a colourless transparent liquid. SILANE USI-7301 offers a variety of functions like reinforcing agent and crosslink agent, rubber process auxiliary agent, anti-mildew agent and deodorant finishing agent, antistatic agent, blood coagulant agent, marine organism anti-fouling agent, liquid crystal alignment agent and electric control agents in electronics copier imaging agent. SILANE USI-7301can be used in a wide range of applications in compound material, ink, gluewater and sealant material, neoprene rubber, chlorobutyl rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber.

PVA BP-24 is a water soluble and biodegradable synthetic polymer. It is a dry solid, and is available in granule and powdered forms, grades include both fully hydrolyzed and partially hydrolyzed. PVA BP-24 offers a good affinity and cohesion power to hydrophobic fiber, Good compatibility with oiling agent, Good solution viscosity stability & Better protective colloid property than BF type PVA. PVA BP-24 is suitable to use in lamination, polymers, adhesives, metal and other applications. CARADOL SC48-08 is a low monol, low VOC polyether polyol for the production of flexible polyurethane slabstock foams.

 

CARADOL SC48-08 is especially suited for the manufacture of foams used in applications where yellowing in contact with textiles or glass “fogging” has to be avoided. It has a wide processing tolerance over a normal density and hardness range.

 

This includes diluting catalysts for HR foaming with this polyol or mixing this product with other slab polyols before it is used or brought into contact with HR system.
