PVA BP-20 is a water soluble and biodegradable synthetic polymer. It is a dry solid, and is available in granule and powdered forms, grades include both fully hydrolyzed and partially hydrolyzed. PVA BP-20 offers a good affinity and cohesion power to hydrophobic fiber, Good compatibility with oiling agent, Good solution viscosity stability & Better protective colloid property than BF type PVA. Luna-cure 200 is an α-hydroxyalkylphenone photopolymerization initiator.
Its greatest feature is its extremely low yellowing and high reactivity, making it recommended for clear coatings. Its excellent compatibility allows it to be used in a variety of applications.
Although it varies depending on the thickness of the film and the amount of light exposure, it is generally effective with an addition amount of 0.5% to 5%.
Luna-mul PE-130 is a polyethylene (PE) wax emulsion with a very high solidification point and hardness, making it the ideal emulsion for formulations in slightly acidic, neutral or alkaline media when maximum gloss, hardness and abrasion resistance are required.
