AHA 2148

AHA2148 is a wax-free matting hardener suitable in exterior durable TGIC powder coatings capable providing gloss ranges from 10-30% @ 60°. Due to carboxyl group-containing, this hardener is requested to use excess TGIC as co-reactant to achieve controllable gloss and excellent gloss stability in varying temperature baking conditions. In addition, excellent performance such as impacts and surface flow etc. can also be obtained.

AHA 6552

AHA6552 is a tetra-functional group containing β-hydroxyalkylamide crosslinker. It, as a substitute of TGIC, is suitable for curing with carboxyl-terminated polyester or acrylic resin to provide TGIC-free based exterior durable powder coatings.

AHA 2006

AHA2006 is a modified polyethylene wax based matting agent specially designed for outdoor durable TGIC powder coating to provide ranges from 30-40% of gloss and smooth matte finishes. It can also be used in other all powder coatings endowing with appropriate semi-gloss. For Primid system, ca.60% of gloss can be achieved but having a tendency to severe yellowing therefore not recommended.

AHA 1088P

AHA 1088P is recommended as a flow modifier or flow control agent used in general industrial powder coatings including polyesters, polyurethanes, hybrids, epoxies and acrylics. AHA 1088P improves leveling of powder coating and prevents “orange peel”. In addition, it also prevents surface defects specific to powder coatings such as craters, pinholes and fisheyes.
