Luna-wax 110 is a polyethylene (PE) wax with a medium-high drop point, and very low viscosity.

 

As a linear polyethylene with a molecular weight between 1,000 and 3,000, it is suitable for various industrial uses. It is mainly used in hot melt adhesives, increasing their melting point without affecting viscosity. Other fields of application include:

• External lubricant for plastics and rubbers
• In PVC adhesives or extrusion as process aids
• Pigment masterbatch
• Paper coatings, crayons, packaging, inks and leather

Luna-mul PE-130 is a polyethylene (PE) wax emulsion with a very high solidification point and hardness, making it the ideal emulsion for formulations in slightly acidic, neutral or alkaline media when maximum gloss, hardness and abrasion resistance are required.

 

Its extensive field of applications includes:

• Floor polishes

• Finishing of tanned leather and hides

• Textile stamping

• Paper manufacturing

• Flexo inks (water-based)

 

Luna-mul PE-130 is also used in formulations developed for paints, offering products offering resistance to abrasion and scratching. In addition, it improves brushability, resulting in an efficient application and a finish without brush marks.

 

Luna-mul PE-130 does not contain any alkylphenol ethoxylate surfactants.

Ceridust 2020 TP enhances rub and scratch resistance, improves slip properties and reduces gloss for all kind of printing inks and coatings. It is also a processing agent for powder coatings to increase output and flowability of powder and matting agent therefore.

Ceridust 2740 TP is a micronized modified amide wax. Used in solvent or water based liquid coatings, e.g. in wood coatings, it shows good matting, clarity, scratch resistance and slip properties. Ceridust 2740 TP is an effective degassing agent and can also increase the output during extrusion process and improve flow ability in powder coating application. It also provides improved slip properties and enhances scratch resistance of the cured powder coating.
