A-C® 617A is a low density polyethylene (LDPE) homopolymer in a powdered form.

A-C® 617A displays the function in improving surface properties such as rub, mar & abrasion resistance, by lowering the COF. It is also used as a gellant for hydrocarbon oils, a paraffin crystal nucleator in wax blends such as candles, and a viscosity diluent in HMAs.

A-C® 617A can also be partially substituted for FT (Fisher Tropsch) Wax in adhesive applications without detracting from formulation properties. In PVC applications it finds use as an external lubricant.

A-C® 316A is a oxidized polyethylene (HDOxPEs) homopolymer, in a finer powder form that had a hard, high drop point & high density.

A-C® 316A offers the benefts in PVC processing & fusion control as a metal release agent.

A-C® 316A will not affect clarity in transparent PVC applications. Very effective for use in processing PVC regrind.

SW-20-0035 is calcium zinc stabilizer, which is composed of metal soaps, lubricants and etc. It has excellent heat stability and process ability and proper lubricity to keep a higher and unified out-put of injection. This product is good for small size(below 100 mm diameter) PVC fittings(rigid).
