EASTMAN™ CHDM-D is symmetrical & high molecular weight cycloaliphatic glycol used to make saturated and unsaturated polyester resins. EASTMAN™ CHDM-D offers the great benefits of being an excellent corrosion resistance in fiberglass-reinforced plastics, excellent hardness with some flexibility, good heat resistance, and electrical properties, high crystallinity, high glass transition temperature relative to linear aliphatic glycols & highly reactive hydroxyl groups.

EASTMAN™ 1.4-CHDA HP is a cycloaliphatic diacid offering many unique performance properties to polyester resins for coatings and fiberglass-reinforced plastics. It is also ideally suited to improving the performance of waterborne, high solids, powder coatings, and coil coating applications. EASTMAN™ 1.4-CHDA HP brings properties ideally suited for high-performance applications in automotive, transportation, industrial maintenance, aerospace, architecture, appliance, general metal coatings, and gel coats. CHDA is a mixture of cis and trans isomers. EASTMAN™ 1.4-CHDA HP offers the great benefits of reducing the “orange peel” in powder coatings, excellent thermal stability for low resin colour, high solubility in molten glycols & improved corrosion, stain, chemical, and detergent resistance.

EASTMAN™ CP 515-2 40% IN AROM. 100 is made from chlorinated polyolefin offers good heat resistance and is compatible with a variety of resins and combines with the resins to give clear solutions and deposit clear films. EASTMAN™ CP 515-2 40% IN AROM. 100 can be used in the application for auto OEM, commercial printing inks, general industrial coatings graphic arts, and protective coatings.
