VirdiBP10 PP is a peroxide-based polypropylene masterbatch designed to enhance the melt flow index (MFI) and improve molecular weight distribution. Suitable for polypropylene and PP compound applications, it ensures high melt flow and seamless processing on standard thermoplastic equipment.

VirdiBP5 PP is a high-performance polypropylene carrier masterbatch infused with peroxide, designed to enhance melt flow index (MFI) and improve molecular weight distribution. Ideal for polypropylene and PP compound applications, it ensures high melt flow and compatibility with diverse thermoplastic equipment.

VirdiDM™ Standard is a highly concentrated moisture absorber masterbatch created for processes which use regrinds and re-granulates. VirdiDM™ Standard is suitable for use in moulding and extrusion applications. It contains 80% of filler dispersed in polyethylene (PE), removes moisture and acidic impurities during production using LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, PP, PS and ABS regrinds and re-granulates, and eliminates the need for raw material drying, significantly reducing production cost. It improves the visual quality and mechanical properties of final plastic granulate or finished goods and is suitable for very thin film and foils (above 10 μm). Its main applications include recycling, compounding, pipe and profile extrusion, film blown extrusion, blow moulding, injection moulding and wood plastic composites.
