Bulab Flamebloc 428 calcium metaborate is a fire retardant and smoke suppressant for use in plastics, paints, textiles, and rubber compounds. Bulab Flamebloc 428 contains no lead, barium, zinc, or other regulated heavy metals. Since it is borate based, Bulab Flamebloc 428 will provide char formation and subsequent smoke suppression. This fine particle size material is easily incorporated into a formulation with maximum dispersibility.

Anhydrous TMEDA is a difunctional tertiary amine catalyst having a minimum assay of 98.5% and is used in twocomponent epoxies, urethanes and polyurethane foam as a catalyst to speed the cure time. Anhydrous TMEDA helps control cell size in urethane foam. ATMEDA is soluble in water and, thus, is readily miscible with raw materials typically used in urethane foams and water-based epoxies and urethanes.
