Uvasorb® S34 is indicated for the UV stabilization of a broad range of polymers. Uvasorb® S34 protects polymers, dyes and pigments from UV radiation as well as the original appearance and physical properties of the article.

UVASORB® HA88 FD is particularly efficient in thin layer applications such as fibers, films, tapes and coatings, calling for minimal migration and low volatility. UVASORB® HA88 FD is also used in automotive, drums, bottles, crates, sheets, toys, marine and garden furniture applications.The performance of UVASORB® HA88 FD may beimpaired by substances containing halogens and sulfur (pesticides, flame retardants, some stabilizers, etc.).

UVASORB® HA19 is particularly efficient in thin layer applications such as PA, PET and PP fibers, films, and coatings, calling for minimal migration and low volatility. The enhancing of color yield in pigmented PP articles makes the product particularly recommended in PP fibers. UVASORB® HA19 is also recommended as an outstanding long-term thermal stabilizer in filled PP thick sections, containing carbon black, typical of automotive applications; its use allows to avoid the use of sulfur based costabilizers when the odor is not desired.

Uvasorb® HA29 is a monomeric Hindered Amine Light Stabilizer (HALS) particularly effective for coatings. The tetramethylpiperidinyl group provides stabilization by acting as a free radical scavenger, especially against peroxy radicals. In its liquid form, Uvasorb® HA29 can be easily added directly to products, offering benefits such as easy solubility and dispersion in both solvent-based and waterborne coatings, low volatility, high compatibility with various additives, and long-term efficiency in both clear and pigmented systems.
