Luna-nox MD 1024 is recommended for the stabilization of polymers in contact with copper both during processing and long term service. It combines both an antioxidant and a metal deactivating function for outstanding protection in a variety of polymers for applications like wire, cables, hoses and composites.

Luna-fos 168-J is a solid phosphite antioxidant with excellent hydrolytic stability. Recommendcd for use in combination with amine/phenolic antioxidants. Luna-fos 168-J functions synergistically to retard oxidative degradation of most polymeric substances during polymerization, processing, and in end-use applications. For those polymers resistant to oxidation, Luna-fos 168-J can be used alone to maintain optimal color stability.

Luna-nox 1076-J is a hindered phenol antioxidant, widely used in polymers including polypropylene, polyethylene, polystyrene, polyamide, ABS, and synthetic rubbers. It is also an effective antioxidant in oils and paints.

Luna-nox 1076-J is odourless, tasteless, low toxicity (LD50≥10000mg/kg) and light-stable, and is recommended for use at 0.1 – 0.3% dosage rate.

Luna-wax 110 is a polyethylene (PE) wax with a medium-high drop point, and very low viscosity.

As a linear polyethylene with a molecular weight between 1,000 and 3,000, it is suitable for various industrial uses. It is mainly used in hot melt adhesives, increasing their melting point without affecting viscosity. Other fields of application include:

• External lubricant for plastics and rubbers
• In PVC adhesives or extrusion as process aids
• Pigment masterbatch
• Paper coatings, crayons, packaging, inks and leather
