XIAMETER MEM-0008 EMULSION is a non-ionic, 35% active emulsion based on medium viscosity polydimethylsiloxane. Recommended as ingredient in vinyl and tire dressings and as release agent in applications such as release resin-bonded shell molds and cores in metal casting, fabricating plastic and rubber parts and components as well as rigid polyurethane foam release.

DOWSIL™ TREFIL F-202 has excellent flowability and is easy to measure, work with, and disperse, which have been the drawbacks of conventional fluids. It can be used as surface modifier for thermoplastics to reduce coefficient of friction and to increase scratch and mar resistance. It can also be used for process aid for thermoplastics to reduce extruder torque. It also works as formulated release agent.

XIAMETER™ PMX-6079 Fluid is Hexamethyldisilazane (CAS# 999-97-3). This material readily reacts with hydroxyl groups, including water, to form a Me3Si-O-R bond.
