RC 819 grade is produced according to the sulphate process. Optimal optical properties and thus the quality of the pigment are ensured by the size of the primary particles. An evener particle size distribution is controlled by new dry grinding and wet milling technology, which has a beneficial effect on improving the optical properties of the pigment, such as brightness and undertone, and on the improved processability. Special organic surface treatment reduces the migration level in final application.

RC 859 is a micronized rutile pigment produced by the sulphate process in CINKARNA CELJE - SLOVENIA. The pigment is lattice-stabilized with alumina and surface-treated with aluminium and silicon compounds. Special inorganic surface treatment provides increased weather durability of plastics.
