HDI is a aliphatic diisocyanate. It is a colorless or pale yellow liquid with low viscosity.

WANNATE HMDI is used in the manufacture of polyurethanes and polyisocyanate. Main applications are polyurethanes waterborne dispersions, PU elastomers, UV urethanes acrylates, leather and textiles finition treatment. WANNATE HMDI‘s cycloaliphatic structure enables high transparency and good mechanical properties end products.

WANNATE IPDI is a cycloaliphatic diisocyanate and as such a prefered raw material for the the synthesis of lightstable and water-risistant polyurethanes. It is a low-viscosity liquid with a week but specific odour.

WANNATE HB-100 can be used as the hardener component for lightfast two-component polyurethane coatings with high resistance to chemicals and weathering, very good gloss retention and outstanding mechanical properties.

WANNATE® HT-300 can be used as the hardener component for lightfast two-component polyurethane coatings with high resistance to chemicals and weathering, very good gloss retention and outstanding mechanical properties. Preferred co-reactants are polyacrylates or polyester polyols. It is a solvent free aliphatic polyisocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI).

WANAMINE™ H12MDA is a high-purity, liquid cycloaliphatic diamine, colorless to pale yellow with an amine-like odor at room temperature. Soluble in organic solvents, it is widely used in the epoxy, coatings, and polyamide industries.

ARCHSOL® 8573 is a low odor hydroxylated acrylic copolymer emulsion. It exhibits excellent chemical resistance, wear resistance and anti-graffiti property when be used with water dispersible polyisocyanate hardeners. Biocide: (CMIT:MIT=3:1) <0.014‰, BIT 0.400‰.

ANTKOTE 2042 is a hydroxyfunctional polyacrylic dispersion designed for vehicle, machinery and anticorrosion coating. In combination with polyisocyanates or other crosslinkers, it can be used for tow-component coating. It also can be used for one component baking coating with amino resins or blocked polyisocyanates. Approx. 46% in water/solvent naphtha 100/1-butoxy-2-propanol, approx. 44:4:4. Neutralizing agent, N,N-dimethyl ethanolamine(<2wt%), bound as a salt.

AQUOLIN 270 is a water dispersible polyisocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI). In combination with waterborne polyurethane, polyacrylate, etc., it can be used for water-borne coatings and adhesives.

Aquolin® 275 is a water dispersible polyisocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI). In combination with waterborne polyurethane, polyacrylate, etc., it can be used for water-borne coatings and adhesives. After the addition of Aquolin® 275, the ready-to-use mixture must be used within the pot life.

AQUOLIN 278 can be used in combination with various hydroxyl-functionalized dispersions to formulate aqueous 2k coatings as crosslinker. It has excellent water dispersion and mat effect.
