WALOCEL™ M-8805 hydroxyethyl methyl cellulose is designed for use in all-purpose or lightweight tape joint compounds. WALOCEL™ M-8805 also is designed to provide a good balance of rheological properties, offering outstanding workability for both hand tool and machine tool application. WALOCEL™ MK 3000 PF hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose is designed to improve the quality and processing characteristics of cement-based materials such as tile grouts. WALOCEL™ XM 6000 PV is a modified hydroxyethyl methyl cellulose (HEMC) with a delayed solubility. Thickener for water based systems like emulsion paints. The typical dosage of Walocel™ XM 6000 PV in emulsion paints is 0.4 to 0.9 %.

It is based on morphology-controlled production technology which results in adjusted dissolution characteristics. The pH of the formulation has no influence on the rate of hydration. In addition to its balanced thickening efficiency, the product imparts good workability and enhances water retention considerably. It is compatible with all conventional mineral binders.
