High-Performance Titanium Dioxide (TiO2)

TITANIUM DIOXIDE RC 818 is a micronized rutile pigment produced by the sulphate process in CINKARNA CELJE - SLOVENIA. The pigment is lattice-stabilized with alumina and surface-treated with aluminium compounds. Organic treatment with special siloxane provides good hydrophobic properties, good dispersibility and no dust by the processing of plastics.

TITANIUM DIOXIDE RC 86 is a micronized rutile pigment produced by the sulphate process in Cinkarna Celje, Slovenia. The pigment is lattice – stabilized with alumina and surface treated with aluminium and silicon compounds. The pigment is high surface treated and enhance an excellent hiding power, high durability so as light and weather stability, especially in high PVC and excellent dispersibility.

TITANIUM DIOXIDE RC 82 is a micronized rutile pigment produced by the sulphate process by CINKARNA CELJE - SLOVENIA. The pigment is lattice-stabilized with alumina nd surface-treated with aluminium and silicon compounds.

TITANIUM DIOXIDE RC 84 is a micronized rutile pigment produced by the sulphate process by CINKARNA CELJE - SLOVENIA. The pigment is lattice-stabilized with alumina and surface-treated with aluminium and silicon compounds. In comparison with RC 82 the pigment shows better light and weather stability also by external use especially by higher PVC range.

TITANIUM DIOXIDE RC 813 is a micronized rutile pigment produced by the sulphate process by CINKARNA CELJE - SLOVENIA. The pigment is lattice-stabilized with alumina and surface-treated with aluminium compounds. A special organic treatment provides excellent dispersion. RC 813 features very good optical properties and especially high grade of gloss and hiding power.

TITANIUM DIOXIDE RC 833 is a micronized rutile pigment produced by CINKARNA CELJE - SLOVENIA. The pigment is lattice-stabilized with alumina and surface-treated with aluminium and zirconium compounds. The pigment RC 833 possesses enhanced hydrophilic properties due to a special organic treatment. It belongs to the "HIGH-DURABILITY" - class.

TITANIUM DIOXIDE RC 8 is a milled rutile pigment, not micronized, produced by the sulphate process by CINKARNA CELJE - SLOVENIA. The pigment is lattice-stabilized with aluminium compounds without surface treatment.

TITANIUM DIOXIDE RC 823 is a micronized rutile pigment produced by the sulphate process by CINKARNA CELJE - SLOVENIA. The pigment is lattice-stabilized with alumina and surface-treated with aluminium and silicon compounds. A special organic treatment provides excellent dispersion and high grade of gloss.

RC 819 grade is produced according to the sulphate process. Optimal optical properties and thus the quality of the pigment are ensured by the size of the primary particles. An evener particle size distribution is controlled by new dry grinding and wet milling technology, which has a beneficial effect on improving the optical properties of the pigment, such as brightness and undertone, and on the improved processability. Special organic surface treatment reduces the migration level in final application.

TITANIUM DIOXIDE RC E is a grinded calcinate of titanium dioxide without inorganic and organic surface treatment. It does not meet the quality standards and specifications of other Cinkarna’s titanium dioxide grades due to a lower content of Rutile, which is at least 70%, with the remainder being anatase. This "off specification" product is suitable for applications such as low-quality paints and coatings, enamels and ceramic frits, ceramic tiles, concrete, artificial stones, and welding electrodes.

RC 859 is a micronized rutile pigment produced by the sulphate process in CINKARNA CELJE - SLOVENIA. The pigment is lattice-stabilized with alumina and surface-treated with aluminium and silicon compounds. Special inorganic surface treatment provides increased weather durability of plastics.
