SETAL® 11-1111 is a short oil coconut alkyd designed for use in non-lifting cellulose nitrate lacquers, conversion varnishes and baking enamels.

SETAL® 11-1492 is a fast-drying, chain-stopped soybean oil alkyd resin used in the production of general industrial air-dry or force-dry enamels. It offers quick curing, a lower initial viscosity, and a higher tolerance for aliphatic solvents, making it ideal for various coating applications.

SETAL® 26-1089 is a saturated polyester resin intended for use in general and high-end industrial metal finishing. This resin offers excellent cure qualities of hardness, toughness, chemical resistance, gloss retention, chalking resistance, and durability. SETAL 26-1089 has good compatibility with aliphatic solvents and limited compatibility with aromatic solvents.

SETAL® 51-1492 is a chain-stopped soybean oil alkyd resin for use in the manufacture of general industrial air dry or force dry (160 - 180°F surface temperature) enamels. SETAL® 51-1492 is a quick-curing resin similar to SETAL® 11-1390, but a lower HAPs version.

SETAL 41-1390 is a water-reducible alkyd resin recommended for industrial finishes cured by bake, air-dry, or force-dry methods. It exhibits very fast drying properties, good corrosion resistance, and low application viscosity.

SETALUX 17-1275 is a fast–dry thermoplastic acrylic resin solution supplied in Aromatic 100. This resin solution may be utilized in various clear or pigmented air-dry or force-dry general industrial finish coats. The dry speed, compatibility, durability and non-yellowing characteristics of SETALUX 17-1275 make it a very suitable choice for use in a broad range of coatings.

SETALUX® 2127 XX-60 is a thermoplastic acrylic resin designed for general industrial applications. It offers fast drying, high gloss, and excellent hardness, along with good chemical resistance and adhesion to galvanized steel. This resin provides superior gloss retention and outdoor durability, making it ideal for coatings that require long-lasting performance.

SETALUX 17-2319 is a high-performance hydroxy-functional acrylic polyol, designed for superior adhesion to diverse metal substrates, including cold-rolled steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and galvanized surfaces. This HAPs-free polyol allows for low-VOC direct-to-metal (DTM) primer formulations, offering exceptional corrosion and humidity resistance. With excellent inter-coat adhesion and topcoat hold-out, it ensures superior durability and performance. SETALUX 17-2319 delivers an ideal balance of hardness and flexibility, making it perfect for automotive refinish primers, fleet applications, and metal or plastic primers.

SETALUX FC 1922 BA-75 a fast-curing acrylic polyol with 4.1 % OH (calculated on non-volatiles). SETALUX FC 1922 BA-75 provides VOC compliant (< 420 g/l) coatings with ultra-fast drying at ambient temperatures, excellent hardness build-up, high build and gloss, good mechanical properties and good outdoor durability.

SETAQUA 6718 is a self-crosslinking surfactant free acrylic dispersion for interior durable industrial finishes.

SETAQUA DTM 6850 is Self-crosslinking, APEO and ADH-free, waterborne acrylic copolymer emulsion, belonging to our ECOWISE™ CHOICE product range for selected applications.

EBECRYL® 130 is a low viscosity aliphatic di-acrylate which polymerizes when cured by UV (ultra violet) light or EB (Electron Beam). Ebecryl®130 is particularly useful for increasing Tg. EBECRYL® 130 can be used as a pigment grinding resin for UV ink-jet inks

EBECRYL 367 is a low-viscosity polyester acrylate designed to enhance adhesion of UV/EB inks and varnishes on corona-treated plastics. It provides excellent compatibility in flexo inks, overprint varnishes, and laminating adhesives, ensuring durable bonding for high-performance applications.

EBECRYL® 1365 is a hexa-functional silicone modified urethane acrylate diluted in 50% of EBECRYL® 160. EBECRYL® 1365 can be used to prepare UV/EB curable coatings with low surface energy providing anti-stain and easy-to-clean properties. Additionally EBECRYL® 1365 can be used as a processing agent in matt and excimer curable formulations, facilitating a uniform film creation which in turn significantly increases the process robustness.

EBECRYL® 2959 is an acrylated epoxy resin. Films of EBECRYL® 2959 cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) exhibit good hardness, high gloss and the good solvent resistance typical for an epoxy resin. EBECRYL®2959 finds its use in a wide range of inks and coatings.

EBECRYL® 8002 is a low-viscosity oligomer that enhances UV/EB formulations by providing high elongation and increased flexibility, while maintaining strength and improving adhesion. It effectively lowers the glass transition temperature (Tg) in various applications.

EBECRYL 8409 is a low-viscosity aliphatic urethane diacrylate designed for UV and EB curable coatings, providing excellent flexibility, toughness, and exterior durability. Its low viscosity facilitates easy handling and formulation versatility.

EBECRYL 8810 is a difunctional aliphatic urethane acrylate designed for UV and EB curable coatings, offering excellent abrasion resistance, flexibility, and non-yellowing properties. It is free from intentionally added organic tin compounds, heavy metals, hydroquinone, and methyl ether of hydroquinone, making it suitable for applications requiring regulatory compliance.

EBECRYL® LED 04 is an acrylated polyamine that can be added as a co-resin to UV curable formulations. EBECRYL® LED 04 – when combined with an appropriate photo initiator system – transforms formulations into UV LED, UVA, or low energy curable systems by providing improved surface cure. In addition, this effect is also seen in high energy cure formulations. The improved surface cure is obtained by mitigating oxygen inhibition of the free radical process and/or by being an amine synergist for Norrish type II photo initiators.

ACURE 500 systems harness the high reactivity of Michael Addition enabling paint formulators to design two-component coatings with extremely fast drying and with uncharacteristically long pot lives. ACURE 500 consists of a strong base which is blocked with di-ethyl carbonate. ACURE 500 unblocks with the release of alcohol and CO2 and is the key enabler to the provision of fast dry times with long pot lives in ACURE coatings. The rate at which ACURE 500 unblocks may be controlled by the addition of an alcohol (typically ethanol, n-propanol, or n-butanol) to the ACURE coating.

ACURE 550-105 is an acid-free tetra-functional polyester acrylate and is used as a main Acceptor in ACURE chemistry combining good overall coating properties without skin sensitization hazard. ACURE 550-105 is characterized by light color, low irritancy, excellent overall properties and excellent durability. ACURE formulations containing ACURE 550-105 are characterized by high cross-link density, good gloss, excellent early hardness development and good chemical and mechanical resistance.
