BenzoNuclease®, GMP Grade
BenzoNuclease® is a recombinant endonuclease derived from Serratia marcescensa. The protein is expressed in Escherichia coli (E. coli). BenzoNuclease® has been shown to exert a broad spectrum of substrate specificity to degrade both DNA and RNA—whether single-stranded, double-stranded, linear, circular or supercoiled. No base preference is observed. As with all endonucleases, BenzoNuclease® hydrolyzes internal phosphodiester bonds present between the nucleotides. Upon complete digestion, all free nucleic acids present in solution are reduced to 5’-monophosphate-terminated oligonucleotides, which are three to five bases in length. In scientific research, BenzoNuclease® can be used as the preferred enzyme preparation for supernatant of cultured cells and viscosity removal of cell lysate, which can remove nucleic acid interference and improve the subsequent protein purification or functional research. At the same time in the vaccine industry, protein and polysaccharide pharmaceutical industry, used to remove the host residual nucleic acid, greatly reduce the vaccine and protein products of nucleic acid pollution, reduce the processing steps, improve the yield of products. This product is expressed by large-scale fermentation of E. coli, and is produced with raw materials of medicinal specifications. The host protein residue, nucleic acid residue and common pathogens are strictly controlled, and the production and quality management procedures of the product comply with GMP regulations to ensure the traceability of the production process and all raw materials. DNase I (Deoxyribonuclease I) was initially isolated from bovine pancreas. It can randomly degrade single stranded or double stranded DNA with equal efficiency, generating oligonucleotides with 5’-P. The bioactivity of DNase I is highly dependent on Ca2+, Mg2+ or Mn2+. In the presence of Mg2+, DNase randomly cuts dsDNA; in the presence of Mg2+, DNase cleaves both strands of dsDNA at approximately the same site, resulting in a blunt end or a sticky end with 1 or 2 protruding nucleotides.  DNase I is GMP Grade produced in Pichia pastoris. Our manufacturing processes are strictly controlled to ensure the end products free from host protein or nucleic acid contaminations and other impurities following the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Guidelines. With S-adenosylmethionine (SAM) as the methyl group base donor, mRNA Cap 2´-O-Methyltransferase can add a methyl group to the 2´-O of the first nucleotide of the Cap0 structure, [m7GpppN1(pN)x-OH(3')], next to the RNA 5´ end. Methylation of capped mRNA from Cap 0 to Cap1 naturally exists in eukaryocyte, where the Cap1 structure shows an important effect for translation, thus for expression as well. This product doesn’t show a reactivity to RNA substrate other than RNA with Cap0 structure. This product is from a large scale GMP leveled recombinant Cap 2’-O-Methyltransferase production via E. coli expression. Applying pharmaceutical leveled adjuvant and material for production, strictly controlling host protein residues, nucleic acid residues and other impurities, we guarantee manufacture and quality control practice complying to GMP regulation, as well as all the materials traceable. Recombinant anti-Human CD28 mAb
CD28 molecule is present on the surface of most T cells and is considered a surface molecule unique to T cells. However, not only the first signal of the T lymphocyte receptor (TCR)/CD3 complex is required during the full activation of T lymphocytes, but also the second signal, to enhance the activation and proliferation of T lymphocytes. The synergistic stimulation molecule CD28 is present on the surface of T lymphocytes, and its interaction with its ligand B7 is one of the major pathways to provide the second signal for T lymphocyte activation. T lymphocytes will be fully activated if the second signal is provided through the synergistic stimulation of the CD28 antibody while providing the first signal using the simulation of the CD3 antibody in vitro. Recombinant Anti-Human CD28 mAb is expressed by mammalian cells, and is produced with raw materials of pharmaceutical applicable level.
