TROUT is a global favourite and can be supplied in various forms. Whole fish ready for the retail shelf is available, as are already smoked fillets. The trout we offer comes from recently ASC certified sustainable farms.

BLACK TIGER PRAWNS are famous for their taste and appearance. We source them from their natural habitat, the mangrove forests of Vietnam. We offer many different value added degrees, from whole prawn to skewered prawn, they can even come from Naturland certified sources.

WHITE AND PINK PRAWNS come the magrove forests of Vietnam. They can be supplied raw, blanched or cooked. A EU ecolabel/Naturland certification is available as are many different value added degrees, from customized retail boxes to bulk packed goods for further processing.

SAITHE Our MSC certified saithe can be supplied as classical fillets, or in other cut variations. Depending on your needs we can supply customized retail bags or other packaging options.

CRAYFISH from China is a very versatile product. The bright red crayfish and it's tasty and red meat are attractive to consumers all over the world. Crayfish can be supplied as whole crayfish, seasoned or plain tail meat, block frozen or individually frozen, depending on your key market.

SQUID is a popular choice, whether for the seafood mix to take home or for Southern European restaurant menus. We supply various species and specifications. Ask us for details.

Our Atlantic Sea Scallops come exclusively from MSC certified fishery in Canada. Our partner Comeau's Seafoods is a family business that has more than 6 decades of experience harvesting scallops. The raw scallops can be supplied individually or block frozen in different sizes and packs.

Our tilapia comes from sustainable aquaculture on the Island of Hainan in China. Tilapia is typically supplied raw as fillets, portions or loins.

Crayfish from China is a very versatile product. The bright red crayfish and it's tasty and red meat are attractive to consumers all over the world. Our crayfish tail meat can be supplied block frozen or individually quick frozen, in our brand or in your custom packaging, depending on your specific needs.

Pangasius is a very versatile fish. We offer portion control for our community catering customers same as we do customized retail bags. Pangasius is mostly supplied raw, its fillets can also be seasoned, marinated or battered or used as the fish component in mixed convenience products.

Vannamei prawns are a very versatile basis for many different seafood products. Vannamei can be supplied raw, blanched or cooked and from sustainable sources. We offer many different value added degrees, from marinated to skewered, from sushi ebi to breaded Vannamei. Ask us for details and inspirations.

ASIA STYLE MIXED ASSORTMENT features various products that contain many different seafood and fish ingredients. The range spans Dim Sum, potato nest prawns, fish roulades and many others. New creations can be developed upon request.

Our mussel meat comes exclusively from MSC certified fishery in Denmark. State of the art facilities and fast regional supply chains make for a great product. The meat is cooked and individually quick frozen and available in different packagings and sizes.
