MALTED CHOCOLATE CRUNCH SB brings an exciting ‘crunch’ texture to the palate by blending ingredients including malt, milk and cocoa which, after vacuum band drying is ground into coarse chunks providing a truly unique texture. These large particles provide a crisp crunchy texture with the sweet taste of chocolate and malt.
COCOA MALT POWDER NS is a medium brown colour, homogeneous, free flowing powder with a characteristic cocoa-malty odour and robust bitter taste to partially replace cocoa powder in various applications thereby enhancing color, flavor and taste.
MALTICHOC DRIED REGULAR is a very dark brown colour, homogenous free flowing powder with moderately bitter, malty and slightly sweet taste and roasted, malty flavor to provide enhanced texture, flavor and color of the product. It enables partial replacement of cocoa powder, allows for cost savings as well as premiumisation and has clean label.
