FEF BENZALKONIUM CHLORIDE PH.EUR., USP/NF 95% is a viscous liquid of quaternary ammonium compounds. FeF BKC Ph.Eur., USP/NF is a very efficient germicide which is active against most common micro-organisms, such as bacteria, fungi and algae. FeF BKC Ph.Eur., USP/NF is widely used in pharmaceuticals as the active ingredient (API) due to its anti-microbial effect and as an Excipient because of its preserving properties.

FEF® STRONG CETRIMIDE SOLUTION 40% WITH ISOPROPYL ALCOHOL is an antiseptic agent, meaning it has various antibacterial, antifungal and other antimicrobial properties and can be applied to skin or mucous membranes to avoid or minimize the risk of infection. It is also a surfactant, meaning it functions as a detergent with cleaning properties. As a pharmaceutical ingredient, it is used in various products mainly for topical use in sprays, gels and creams for a range of purposes, including cleaning burns and wounds, for disinfecting skin before injections or surgery, and for treating fungal infections or nappy rash. Dodecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (approx. 20%), Trimethyl tetradecyl ammonium bromide (approx. 80%). Approx. 7.5% with Isopropyl Alcohol.

FEF® CETYL TRIMETHYL AMMONIUM BROMIDE (CTAB) can be used for several purposes in the pharma industry. As a pharmaceutical ingredient, it is an antiseptic agent with various antibacterial, antifungal and other antimicrobial properties. It is used in various products such as throat lozenges and antiseptic topical gels and creams for a range of purposes. As a processing aid or auxiliary, it can be used in the downstream vaccine manufacturing process, typically for both bacterial polysaccharide vaccines and viral vaccines (e.g. influenza).
