The polyethylene intermediate layer provides the film with its required flexibility, despite the high coating weights. It also have a very good handling properties and can be used on all common blister machines and packaging lines and Tristar Ultra PVDC coating ranges from 120gsm and 180gsm all other specification such as size, PVC thicknesses are based on customer requirements while color is available in transparent, opaque or colours, optional with UV light protection.

Perlen Perlalux Starflex satisfy the highest moisture, oxygen, and aroma barrier requirement. The polyethylene intermediate layer used in Tristar films has been replaced in our Starflex films by a Thermoelast. This allows excellent processing properties, despite the high coating weight. It also have a very good handling properties and can be used on all common blister machines and packaging lines and Starflex PVDC coating ranges from 90gsm and 120gsm all other specification such as size, PVC thicknesses are based on customer requirements while color is available in transparent, opaque white.
