METOLOSE® SR 90SH-15000SR provides a genuine consistency in Sustained release (matrix tablets). It can be used for semi solid drug products. For Hydrophilic matrix formulation of API and METOLOSE® SR to extend the dissolution. The dosage forms can be obtained by direct compression or granulation process. METOLOSE® SR has specifications of particle size which can be suitable for sustained release application. Dissolution profile can be easily adjusted by selecting appropriate grade. Recommendable amount of METOLOSE® SR is more than 20% in the formulation in order to form the stable gel layer.

HP-55S from Shin-Etsu, also known as Hypromellose Phthalate (HPMCP), is used for enteric coatings in pharmaceuticals. HP-55S is a special grade of HP-55 characterized by higher molecular weight, greater film strength, and higher acid resistance. These characteristics make it suitable for specific pharmaceutical applications, particularly in enteric coatings where delayed drug release is necessary​.

METOLOSE® SR is designed exclusively for a hydrophilic matrix agent. It has tighter specifications compared to the regular METOLOSE® grades. The hydrophilic matrix system is the simplest sustained-release technology for oral dosage forms, consisting essentially of a drug and a water-soluble, highly viscous polymer. METOLOSE® SR has a high level of consistency in its product quality.

PHARMACOAT 603 is a film coating material and binder for tablets. Pharmacoat 603 is an easy to use as a film coating material and it gives an excellent finish, very versatile & has a superior stability.
